Yoga Class Punch Card
Choose from your favorite teachers' classes and attend any one in the series! You may purchase a 5-card pass good for 8 weeks from the date of purchase, or a 10-card pass good for 12 weeks from the date of purchase. Classes are not transferable between different teachers. You must purchase an individual pass for each teacher offering yoga classes, and that pass is good for any of those classes taught during your card activity dates. The punch card is valid for use only from purchase date up to expiration date. Attendance for Wed. intermediate yoga with Lorri must be with permission from the teacher.

Pilates on the Ball - NEW!
Learn to recruit your muscles in a whole new way! The addition of the Stability Ball to the basic Pilates mat exercises will enhance your strength and coordination. You will feel the challenge as you actively recruit abdominal muscles to find your balance in the exercises you perform on the ball. This will improveyour balance, strengthen core muscles; stretch your spine…all while having a ball doing it!

Group Reformer Series Classes
Pilates on the reformer in a group setting! The fluid choreography of the exercises performed on the Reformer is designed to improve core strength and stability, heighten body awareness, and develop lean and toned muscles. The Essential-level repertoire will challenge your muscles in this full body workout. Class size is limited to 4 people to provide individualized attention in this group setting. Lunchtime Flow Yoga
Give yourself a mid-day yoga break. Join us for an alternative to staying in the office and eating lunch at your desk! A quick break in your day to renew and rejuvenate. Our lunchtime yoga class will revive you for the second half of your day. This is a Vinyasa flow style class suitable for all levels. |

Beginning Pilates Workshop
The perfect starting point for all brand new or returning Pilates students! Learn all the fundamentals of Pilates in this in depth workshop. We will start with the basic principles of Pilates; breath awareness, core engagement, and proper body alignment. Learning to master these fundamentals will have you ready to participate in our Mat Essentials Class or Mat 1 Class. We will spend time on the basics, giving each participant a chance to really understand how to engage your core, and how to use your breath with movement. We will cover how to adapt Pilates exercises to meet your body’s particular needs. This workshop will have you ready to move on and challenge yourself, ready for a stronger, more flexible body! |

Pilates for Beginners
The perfect class to start with on your journey to wellness! Starting with the Pilates principals of core fundamentals, proper body alignment and breath awareness, we will move into learning the essential Pilates mat exercises. In this series you will learn to adapt specific exercises to meet your body’s particular needs. As you progress you will begin to see improvement in your core strength, and your overall strength and flexibility. This class is suitable for the new student as well as returning students. |

Pilates Mat 1
This class is a step beyond our Beginning level class. Once you have mastered the basics of proper alignment, neutral and imprint, you are ready to add more variety and challenge. This class offers both. We will include some intermediate exercises and often some small equipment to offer additional challenge. No class is ever the same….see what is in store as you move to a new level of awareness and core strength! |

Pilates Mat Essentials Series Class
This class is a great place for new or continuing students! We will move along at a challenging pace in our Pilates essential mat exercises repertoire. With this series you will improve core strength and stability, challenge yourself at your own pace and see improvement in your overall strength and flexibility. All levels are welcome in this fun and invigorating class! |

Pilates w/Small Equipment Series Class
Take your Pilates workout to the next level! The small equipment will add resistance to tone and sculpt your upper and lower body while enhancing and challenging core strength. Classes may include balls, bosu, bands, rings, weighted toning balls and foam rollers.

Pilates/Yoga Fusion Series Class
The best of both worlds! This class will combine the healing benefits of yoga’s focus on movement, flexibility and centering ourselves with the breathwork, core awareness and strengthening that Pilates offers. The perfect combination to stretch and strengthen our bodies. Start the week off right with this new Monday morning class! Beginners are welcome.

Yoga for Teens Series Class
Yoga is a wonderful way to provide tools for adapting to changes in the body during the teen years. It also offers many benefits for athletes; the types of stretching and body awareness that yoga promotes can help prevent common sports injuries in teens (knees, shoulder dislocation, pulled muscles, stress injuries, etc.). And best of ALL is it FUN! All students under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian prior to classes. Special student pricing for this series - ALL 8 sessions for $50.00!! Students between the ages of 13 and 18 are welcome to enjoy this special pricing. Regular pricing is $72.00 for 6 sessions.

Sunrise Yoga Series Class Greet the day with this revitalizing yoga class! In this class we flow seamlessly from one pose to another, moving with the breath. Beginning Candlelight Yoga Series Class
Unwind from your day with this gentle, meditative yoga class. We will flow through basic yoga postures, adapting each pose to your individual needs. All in a setting of soft lighting and soothing music to allow you the complete experience of releasing tension and restoring peace to your body and mind. We will end with a quiet final relaxation focusing on calming the breath and relaxing the body. This class is suitable for beginners as well as experienced yogis. |

Beginners Yoga & Meditation Series Class
Make the mind-body connection with a popular style of yoga called vinyasa flow. Learn basic asana (postures) coordinated with the breath. Explore pranayama (breathwork) and basic relaxation techniques. This series class will meet once-weekly to quickly build a personal yoga practice. Classes will focus on alignment and mindful movement in a safe, fun environment. Suitable for the beginning student or those who would like to return to a practice.

Introduction to Hatha yoga
Learn about the ancient art and science of yoga in a fun, safe and nurturing environment. We will explore fundamental yoga postures and learn basic alignment principals to help build a personal yoga practice. No prior yoga experience is necessary.

Intermediate Yoga Series Class
Practice and refine basic asana (postures) coordinated with the breath. Learn pranayama techniques (breathwork), basic meditation, and chanting, set to unique world music rhythms. This series class meets once-weekly to quickly build a personal yoga practice. Suitable for beginners who have had some experience with yoga. Challenging postures will be offered and can be modified for beginners.
